myoLife is an App created by the Doctor that owns the myoClinic in Brentwood Bay. A referral based pain clinic that serves patients from all over Vancouver Island. The App is designed for patients of the clinic that are wanting to know how to self treat and maintain results at home and also anyone dealing with chronic pain issues. This App will show you how to identify the area that is the source of myofascial dysfunction (muscles and fascia not functioning well) that are causing strain in other areas. Often, pain is felt in one area, but the problem is in another area. The app will show you how to treat the area so that you can help yourself in the comfort of your home, in your own time and aims to reduce the number of in person visits to health professionals needed. It’s goal is to reduce pain and improve the ability to move and function so that you can have the best quality of life possible.
