Key Features-
*Home page shows the confirmed shifts for the week and also the icons for easy navigation through the app
*Shift management is made effective,as shifts that are available for the staff can be viewed when the calendar dates are clicked and they can accept the shifts which they want.
*Bookings done for them can be viewed under UPCOMING SHIFT in the BOOKING section
* A CLOCK button is activated based on the configuration in the web app. If the CLOCK button is activated, the staff can CLOCK IN/OUT in the UPCOMING SHIFT tab during the shift timings or in the COMPLETED SHIFT tab if the shift time is finished.
*The COMPLETED shifts can be viewed to update the TIMESHEETS/SIGNATURE as per the client manager requirement for the shifts as a proof
*Staff availability can be updated from MY AVAILABILITY section enabling the company to book shifts effectively
*Required documents for the staff like policies or staff information can be added by the company for the staff to view it under DOCUMENTS
*Refer a friend option allows the staff to refer the company any prospective candidates who are looking for job
The Qbix Care App prioritises the security and privacy of user data. Robust encryption and authentication mechanisms safeguard sensitive information.
The Qbix Care App adheres to the data privacy policies, the staff location is captured with the permission from staff during check in and check out. Camera access is requested from the staff to provide timesheet proof after their shift has been completed.
