Dishman Performance has created the Coach Dish Mental Skills app for players, parents and coaches. The app is designed to allow Coach Dishman to take his athletic experiences, from the amateur to the professional levels, and combine them with his Masters in Sport Psychology to provide a framework to develop your mental approach and build a strong physical skillset for your sport. This app is for all sports, music, dance, school and life. Designed to be used by youth athletes, their parents and coaches.
