2. APP SUBMISSIONS
– EVERY TIME YOU COMPLETE A LOAD
– AT THE END OF EACH WORKDAY
After completing a load or at the end of each workday, enter the details into the app. This process teaches you to track every movement of your truck, giving you a clear view of your entire operation. If you discover you've accumulated a loss from any load or from your day's operations, it's crucial to focus on recovering that loss.

3. AFTER EACH LOAD SUBMISSION

Your PES (Profitability Evaluation Status)—is the key element to measuring the strength of your operating business, the PES is not your actual profits.

* A NEGATIVE PES STATUS
Indicates you’re ACCUMULATING LOSSES that can harm both your business and personal life—a common issue faced by many today because of poor operating strategies. A Negative PES is displayed in parentheses, for example, (4,730).

4. EXPENSE MANAGEMENT

* UNDERSTANDING FUEL USAGE
The Fuel Usage L/G, indicates whether the Owner Operator is using fuel efficiently (G for gain) or inefficiently (L for loss), which directly impacts profit-building.

* KNOWING THE RECOMMENDED (R)RATE
The Recommended (R) Rate is the minimum needed to generate a profit. This app trains you to exceed it by negotiating better rates with brokers or shippers. The Profit Analyzer helps you identify which (R) Rates to accept for maximum profitability.
